    Work Schedules and Shifts

    Schulte weekday production employees work four – 10 hour days. Monday through Thursday, on two non-rotating shifts. This allows our employees to enjoy long weekends every weekend.

    These shifts include:

    Day Shift ~ Monday to Thursday; 6:45 am till 5:15 pm
    Night Shift ~ Monday to Thursday; 5:45 pm to 4:15 am

    For those who prefer to work weekends and enjoy more time off during the week, Schulte Industries offers its weekend shift. Working Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6:00 am till 7:00 pm the weekend shift gets the benefits of finishing their work week early while getting paid for a full 40 Hours!

    Weekend Shift ~ Friday to Sunday; 6:00 am till 7:00 pm

    Sales, parts department, and administration staff’s workweek consists of five-8 hour days, Monday to Friday.

    Truck Driver
