Work Schedules and Shifts
Schulte weekday production employees work 4 x 10 hour days. Monday through Thursday, on two non-rotating shifts. This allows our employees to enjoy long weekends every weekend.
These shifts include:
Day Shift: Monday to Thursday; 7:00 am till 5:30 pm
Night Shift: Monday to Thursday; 5:25 pm to 3:55 am
Sales, parts department, and administration staff’s workweek consists of 5×8 hour days, Monday to Friday.

Production Supervisor – Night Shift

We are looking for a dedicated, hardworking, and experienced individual to supervise the Night Shift. The essential functions of the job include:
1. Supervise the production floor and ensure production schedules are met
2. Ensure production employees are following all safety policies and procedures
3. Monitor and balance production flow
4. Delegate and adjust workloads to ensure requirements are met
5. Conduct testing and interviews and recommend new hires
6. Train new employees in proper safety and work procedures
7. Evaluate and complete formal performance appraisals for production employees
8. Perform discipline procedures when needed
9. Make promotion/demotion/discharge recommendations and decisions
10. Other duties as assigned
Schulte Industries has a 10-hour/4-day work week and this role will work Monday to Thursday from 5:30 PM to 4:00 AM.
Education and Experience
High school diploma
Post-secondary Education in Manufacturing or Agricultural and/or Trade Certificate
3+ years experience working in a manufacturing environment
3-5 years of Supervisory experience
2-4 years working experience of welding techniques, and a working knowledge of paint and assembly procedures
Forklift certification
Leadership training

Robotic Welder

The Robotic Welder – Night Shift (5:30 PM – 4:00 AM) is to weld and program assemblies on a robotic welder to ensure it meets the requirement of the companies ISO:9001:2000 Quality Management System.
Essential Job Functions
1. Weld and program assemblies designated for the robotic welder
2. Edit weld programs to improve efficiency and quality
3. Manual welding of inaccessible areas by robot
4. Proper handle and use of jigs safety and properly
5. Changing out the jigs/fixtures in the robot cell
6. Spot weld assemblies before robotic welder welds them
7. Cleaning welds and removal of splatter when weld is completed
8. Identifying weldment with assigned stamp
9. Follow through on First Part Checked procedure

Final Assembly Technician

Laser Operator

The laser Operator is responsible for the fabrication of raw materials for any of Schulte Industries products.
1. Program and operate laser on a daily basis
2. Follow through on First Part Checked procedure
3. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
5. Take instruction and work load assignments from Supervisors
6. Gather and transport raw material to designated areas
7. Safety inspections of hoists, forklifts and machinery
8. Perform minor repairs on laser as needed
9. Enter work orders into JD Edwards
10. Operating forklift
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs):
Ability to read shop drawings
Ability to follow safe operating procedures
Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives with little or no
supervision
Skills needed to identify substandard workmanship in fabrication

Welder
CNC Lathe Operator

Warehouse Material Handler

Warehouse Technician
This is 1-year contract position with opportunity to be extended or becomes permanent.

1. Unload inbound trucks and physically receives Inbound Schulte products that are designated for Schulte production and other areas of the plant
2. Complete product inspection procedures immediately upon receiving a shipment (quality, quantity, and packaging) by reviewing appropriate revision level drawing, vendor drawing, if available
3. Perform tasks to assist other departments such as cycle count, whole goods and final assembly.
4. Customer service to internal departments as required production, maintenance, repair, R&D, Parts department, and front office
5. Production run staging, plus changeover in final and delivering parts on the production floor as needed
6. Sheet and plate rotation responsibilities and general inventory rotation
7. Housekeeping and inventory housing responsibilities as directed by supervisor
8. Responsible for Safe forklift operation
9. Other duties as assigned.
